Anthony Piana is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts were he received the Outstanding Actors Award from the Sanford Meisner Actors Studio and the Zena Bear Mellin Award. He turned from stage actor to movie star as the lead character, The Writer, in H.G. WELLS’ THE WAR OF THE WORLDS. Anthony’s next appears in the sci-fi action film CHROME, in which he portrays the villainess robot butcher Colonel Zet.
Anthony resides in New York, where he continues his film and stage career. His stage credits include the title role in AMADEUS, DEATH OF A SALESMAN (Happy), KING HENRY V (Dauphin), A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Puck), ORPHANS (Phillip), SAVAGE IN LIMBO (Tony), PLENTY (Mick), and MERCHANT OF VENICE (Lorenzo).
